I am John Brown and I have been trading in the property market in the beautiful village of Prestbury and east Cheshire for over 35 years so, compared to the trendy young things mirrored in the media by the legions of property programmes, I admit I´m a bit of a wrinkley. But having been around for a bit means that I have also gained more than just a bit of an insight into the market over the time and I now have a high quality business, in PROPERTY RENTALS AND MANAGEMENT, and I am proud to look after a hand picked and perfectly formed portfolio of very nice houses.
My credo:
- I only register homes that I could live in myself.
- I only work for landlords I can get on with.
- Except in special circumstances, I do not let to: singles/groups/smokers/pet owners/unsuitables!
- I treat all my houses as if they belong to me.
- I aim to return homes to landlords in better condition than that when originally registered.
- I take deposits
- My tenants are vetted by Homelet
- I provide a free Rent Guarantee Warranty
- I care about my good reputation.
My firm is fully compliant in all regulatory areas and is a founder member of NALS and the Ombudsman scheme. All deposits are insured and I hold substantial Professional Indemnity insurance.
I also provide KEYMAN RELOCATION SERVICES to persons who need help and assistance as they move into the area. I can source rental or purchase opportunities and I negotiate all the arrangements necessary for either a tenancy or a purchase.
