These are individually inspected and a shortlist of probable choices is assembled. The relocateee is invited to inspect them on an escorted itinerary and usually a choice is made. The negotiations for the proposed rental or purchase then begin. The aim is to provide complete assistance right through to the physical possession of the chosen property.
